Heat-Resistant Adhesive and Sealant
The product's heat resistance ranges from -40 °C to +100 °C, and even up to +200 °C for short periods. This extends its application to heating and stove construction, as well as to metal parts that are bonded and then finished in a curing oven with a powder coating.
Excellent adhesion is achieved even without surface treatment with adhesion primers. The product can be applied wet-on-wet, is paintable, and compatible with coatings.
Once the adhesive and sealant has set, it remains permanently elastic, making it excellent for expansion joints. This is especially important for outdoor use, for example, to compensate for expansions and tensions of floor and wall coverings.
Whether it's acid rain weathering, saltwater, chlorinated water, or household cleaners, the product impresses with its high resistance and does not discolor. Dirt practically does not stick to it and can always be easily removed.
Due to its UV resistance, joint sealants and adhesive spots do not become brittle or crumbly.
The product is resistant to mold and bacteria. Therefore, it is also suitable for use under humid-warm environmental conditions.
This adhesive and sealant is free from silicone, solvents, and contains no diisocyanates, which are often triggers for respiratory diseases.
