The highly flexible Everglue instant adhesive is the ideal solution for demanding applications requiring a strong yet elastic bond. Unlike standard instant adhesives, this high viscosity adhesive remains flexible even after full curing and can be bent up to 180° without breaking or losing adhesion. This makes it particularly suitable for components exposed to dynamic loads, vibrations or constant movement.
It is specifically designed for bonding elastic materials such as rubber, EPDM and flexible plastics. Ideal for O rings, seals, hoses, rubber profiles and other components that must maintain their function even under mechanical stress. Its special ethyl 2 cyanoacrylate based formulation ensures strong, durable and reliable adhesion, even when exposed to moisture, temperature and ageing.

Instructions for use
For optimal results, the surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and dust. The recommended application temperature is between +5 °C and +25 °C. Apply the adhesive thinly and evenly to one of the surfaces to be bonded. Join the parts immediately and hold them under pressure for a few seconds.
Thanks to its gap filling capability of up to approx. 0.05 mm, small irregularities can also be compensated. Final strength is reached after 24 hours, depending on the material, temperature and environmental conditions.
Technical specifications
The highly flexible Everglue instant adhesive is based on ethyl 2 cyanoacrylate and is transparent, allowing for nearly invisible bonds. The viscosity is approx. 5000-7000 mPa·s at +23 °C and the density is 1.05-1.10 g/ml. The flash point is +85 °C and the shelf life is 12 months when stored correctly.
The adhesive offers temperature resistance from -40 °C to +85 °C and is suitable for a wide range of technical applications under demanding conditions.
