Heavy Duty Adhesive is a high-performance MS polymer-based sealant adhesive designed specifically for mounting heavy components on walls and ceilings. With its extremely high initial tack, it allows for immediate and permanent bonding, even with materials such as natural stone, metal, tiles, and wood. This adhesive replaces traditional fastening methods like welding, riveting, and screwing, making it ideal for permanent installations such as lighting fixtures or curtain rails. Adhesive and Sealant Based on MS Polymer
With its high initial adhesion, the product is suitable for wall and ceiling mounting of mirrors, curtain rails, lights, as well as heavy parts made of stone, concrete, glass, metal, wood, and plastic.
Once the adhesive and sealant has set, it remains permanently elastic, making it excellent for expansion joints. This is particularly important for outdoor use, to compensate for expansions and stresses in flooring and wall coverings, for example.
Whether it's acid rain, saltwater, chlorinated water, or household cleaners, the product impresses with high resistance and does not discolor. Dirt hardly sticks and can always be easily removed.
Thanks to UV resistance, joint sealings and adhesive spots do not become brittle or crumbly. Moreover, the adhesive and sealant is resistant to extreme cold down to -40 °C and heat up to +100 °C (briefly even up to +120 °C).
The product is resistant to mold and bacteria.
This adhesive and sealant is free of silicone, solvents, and contains no diisocyanates, which are often triggers for respiratory diseases.
