Medium-Strength Everglue Threadlocker for Reliable Connections
The medium-strength Everglue Threadlocker is designed to securely and permanently fix threaded connections. This anaerobic threadlocker cures in the absence of oxygen upon metal contact, providing a vibration-resistant bond that can be easily disassembled with tools. With a viscosity of 1,500 to 4,000 mPa·s at +25 °C, it is ideal for threads up to M36 and operates reliably within a temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C. The product is PFAS-free, making it environmentally friendly without compromising reliability and performance.
Versatile Applications
The Everglue Threadlocker delivers reliable performance across multiple industries:
-
Automotive Industry: Secures engine and transmission components under extreme conditions.
-
Mechanical Engineering: Prevents loosening of threaded connections in machinery and equipment.
-
Building Services: Suitable for heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and sanitary installations.
-
Electronics: Protects electrical connections against loosening and corrosion.
-
Precision Mechanics: Perfect for securing small connections, such as glasses screws.
-
Bicycle Manufacturing: Effectively prevents screws in frames and components from loosening.
Outstanding Product Features
-
Extended Temperature Range: Reliable from -55 °C to +150 °C.
-
Fast Curing: Handling strength achieved in 5–15 minutes, full functionality within 1–3 hours.
-
Vibration Resistance: Provides a secure hold even under strong vibrations.
-
Oil and Chemical Resistance: Ideal for demanding environments.
-
High Reliability: Prevents loosening of screws under extreme conditions.
-
PFAS-Free: Environmentally friendly and safe to use.
Simple Application for Optimal Results
Thoroughly clean the surfaces with a suitable cleaner to remove grease, oil, and dirt. Evenly apply the threadlocker to the threaded surfaces. Assemble the parts and allow the bond to cure. For optimal results, the processing temperature should be between +5 °C and +25 °C. Once fully cured, the product achieves a tensile strength of over 15 N/mm².
