The MBQ 05-16L is a mixer for static 2K cartridges with (separate outlets) in a mixing ratio of 1:1 or 2:1. An interface with separate outlet openings between the cartridge and mixer prevents cross-contamination of both adhesive components and thus the cartridge from clogging or sticking. Inside the mixer, 16 mixing elements ensure that both adhesive components are evenly mixed. The inside of the mixer has a diameter of 5.3 mm and the length is 90.7 mm. It is attached to the cartridge using a bayonet twist lock. The internal volume is 1.88 ml, so that this amount of adhesive remains in the mixer after use and hardens in it. Therefore, this single-use product is not reusable.
