Medium-strength Everglue threadlocker for reliable connections
The Everglue medium-strength threadlocker has been developed to secure screw connections safely and permanently. This anaerobic threadlocker cures when exposed to metal in the absence of air and provides a vibration-resistant connection that can be easily loosened using tools. With a viscosity of 1,500 to 4,000 mPa·s at +25 °C, it is ideal for threads up to M36 and withstands temperatures from -55 °C to +180 °C. The product is PFAS-free and therefore environmentally friendly, without compromising on reliability or performance.
A wide range of applications
The Everglue Threadlocker is an indispensable tool across a wide range of industries:
- Automotive industry: Protection of engine and gearbox components exposed to extreme conditions.
- Mechanical engineering: Reliably prevents screw connections in machinery and plant from coming loose.
- Building services: Ideal for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, as well as plumbing installations.
- Electronics: Protects electrical connections from coming loose and from corrosion.
- Precision engineering: Perfect for securing tiny fastenings such as spectacle screws.
- Bicycle construction: Effectively prevents screws in frames and components from coming loose.
Outstanding product features
- Extended temperature range: Withstands temperatures from -55 °C to +150 °C.
- Fast curing: Takes 5–15 minutes to set, and is fully functional in 1–3 hours.
- Vibration resistance: A secure grip, even with strong vibrations.
- Resistant to oil and chemicals: Suitable for demanding environments.
- High reliability: Prevents screws from coming loose, even under extreme conditions.
- PFAS-free: Environmentally friendly and safe to use.
Easy to use for the best results
Clean the surfaces thoroughly with a suitable cleaner to remove grease, oil and dirt. Apply the threadlocker evenly to the threaded surfaces. Assemble the parts and allow the joint to cure. For best results, the application temperature should be between +5 °C and +25 °C. Once fully cured, the product achieves a tensile strength of over 15 N/mm².
