High-strength Everglue threadlocker for maximum security
The High-strength Everglue threadlocker has been developed to secure metal joints permanently and reliably. This green, anaerobic adhesive cures when it comes into contact with metal in the absence of air, providing a vibration-resistant bond that meets the most stringent industrial requirements. With a viscosity of 300 to 900 mPa·s at +25 °C, it is ideal for threads up to M20 and withstands temperatures from -55 °C to +180 °C. The product is PFAS-free and is characterised by its environmental friendliness and high durability.
A wide range of applications
The Everglue Threadlocker is used in a wide range of industries:
- Automotive industry: Securing engine and gearbox components that have to withstand extreme conditions.
- Mechanical engineering: Essential for bolted joints in machinery and plant.
- Building services: Suitable for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, as well as plumbing installations.
- Electronics: Prevents electrical connections from coming loose and corroding.
- Precision engineering: Ideal for permanently securing small fastenings, such as spectacle screws.
- Bicycle construction: Prevents screws in frames and components from coming loose.
Outstanding product features
- High resistance to vibration: Ensures a secure grip even under extreme conditions.
- Effective sealing performance: Protects against moisture and improves corrosion resistance.
- Fast curing: Takes hold after approx. 5–15 minutes; reaches full strength after 1–3 hours.
- Extended temperature range: Reliable from -55 °C to +180 °C.
- PFAS-free: Environmentally friendly and safe to use.
- Maximum thread diameter: Suitable for threads up to M20.
Easy to use for optimum results
The application of the Everglue Threadlocker It is straightforward. Clean the surfaces to be joined thoroughly to remove grease, oil and dirt. Apply the adhesive evenly to the threaded surfaces, assemble the parts and allow the joint to cure. For optimum curing, the application temperature should be between +10 °C and +40 °C. Once fully cured, the product achieves high mechanical strength.
