The adhesive and sealant can be applied traditionally to dry surfaces, but also to wet ones and even directly underwater. It has been developed for installations and repairs on masonry or concrete swimming pools, whether built-in or above-ground pools, as well as for hot tubs, paddling pools, steel-walled pools, garden ponds, aquariums and similar applications.
Even without surface treatment using bonding primers, excellent adhesion is achieved. The product can be applied wet-on-wet, is overpaintable and compatible with paints.
After the adhesive and sealant has cured, it remains permanently elastic and is therefore ideally suited for expansion joints. This is particularly important for outdoor applications, for example to compensate for expansion and stress in floor and wall coverings.
Whether acid rain weathering, saltwater, chlorinated water or household cleaners, the product impresses with its high resistance and does not discolour. Dirt practically does not adhere and can be easily removed at any time.
Due to its UV resistance, joint sealants and adhesive joints do not become brittle or crumbly. In addition, the adhesive and sealant is resistant to extreme cold down to -40 °C and heat up to +100 °C (short-term even up to +130 °C).
The product is resistant to mould and bacteria. Therefore, it is also suitable for use in warm, damp environments.

Optimised application and processing
Everglue Poly Pool is easy to use and versatile. For dry bonding, access to ambient air is required. In wet applications, cross-linking can be accelerated by lightly misting the surface with water. Uncured adhesive residues can be removed using alcohols (e.g. methylated spirits, isopropanol), whilst cured residues must be removed mechanically. It is also particularly suitable for Sealing from Transparencies and Tiles, which makes it an effective sealant for the Outdoor area does.
Additional practical guidance for users
A cartridge gun is required when applying Everglue Poly Pool, unless using automatic cartridges powered by compressed gas. This simple piece of equipment enables precise and controlled application. It is important to clean and dry the surfaces before application to ensure the best adhesion and performance. For optimum results, we recommend working on the application surface at moderate temperatures to prevent the adhesive from curing too quickly or too slowly.
