Instructions for use

For best results, the surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free from grease or oil. Mix equal parts of the two components in a 1:1 ratio and apply the Epoxy resin adhesive Apply to the surfaces to be bonded within 5 minutes. At higher temperatures, the 2K epoxy resin faster. The adhesive becomes firm to the touch after 10–15 minutes and reaches its full strength after approximately 2–3 hours. Once cured, any excess resin can be machined and painted over. Technical Specifications

The Everglue 5-Minute Epoxy is based on Epoxy resin Bisphenol A (Component A) and an amine mixture (Component B). The adhesive is transparent and has a viscosity of ~8,000–16,000 mPa·s at +25 °C. Its density is 1.1 g/ml. The cured resin has a hardness of 60 Shore D and a temperature resistance ranging from –50 °C to +80 °C. It has a gap-filling capacity of 3 mm and reaches its final strength after 24 hours. With a tensile shear strength of over 10 MPa (N/mm²) and a modulus of elasticity of 90,000–125,000 psi, this Two-component epoxy resin ideal for demanding applications.
