This adhesive is ideal for demanding applications where particularly high strength and durability are required and conventional adhesives fail.

A wide range of applications

With the Everglue 2K MMA Everbond 2001 It can be used to bond a wide range of materials, such as metal, wood, ceramics and hard plastic, permanently and reliably. The adhesive is ideal for quickly bonding a wide variety of materials and, once fully cured, allows the surface to be further processed and painted.

Examples of use

Bodywork and exterior: Bumpers, spoilers, radiators, wing mirrors, body panels, windscreens, door windows, GRP parts, door panels, rear and front lights, reinforcement and fitting of floor panels, roof elements, grille parts, front and rear end caps, advertising and signage, plastic wheel trims, bumper brackets and much more.

Easy to work with

  • Preparation: The surfaces to be bonded should be clean and free from oil and grease. A roughened surface increases the bond strength.
  • Usage: Mix the material until a uniform colour is achieved. Apply Everglue 2K MMA Everbond 2001 and join the parts together.
  • Curing: The material is touch-dry after approx. 60 minutes and fully cured after 12 hours.
  • Storage: Close the cartridge after use. Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
